Rec League Info
Our program could not run without volunteers. Take a minute and consider if you can contribute your time and talents towards helping our program be the best it can be for our girls. You can volunteer as a coach, assistant, team volunteer (base coaching, helping at practice), participate as a paid umpire, or help with behind-the-scenes activity that makes the program run. There is a volunteer section in our registration, or reach out to us at president@ltrcgirlssoftball.org!

Frequently Asked Questions
When and where does registration take place?
We offer online registration for our spring season. The opening and closing dates are normally the beginning of December and the end of February. If registration is open, there will be a portal on the upper right of this page.
What is the cost to register?
For 2025, Clinic leagues are $65, Rookie is $80, Minor and Majors are $100, and the Fast Pitch League is $105. There is a $10 discount from these prices for all registrations completed by January 31, 2025.
Is there financial assistance available?
We want all interested girls to be able to play. If finances are an obstacle, please contact our registrar at registrar@ltrcgirlssoftball.org to make inquiries.
Can my daughter play in an age group higher or lower than their age dictates?
Requests to play up/down will be decided on a case-by-case basis by the softball Board of Directors. The decision would be based on prior year rating, amount of experience, player safety, travel coach recommendation, and rec coach and league commissioner input, etc.
Do you take friend/car pool/coach requests?
The Clinic and Rookie League teams are assembled by the commissioners, using registration data like the practice date choice, age and school. Requests will NOT be considered for the Minor, Major, or Fast Pitch Leagues due to the fact that drafts are held to form teams to create competitive balance among all teams.
How are siblings handled?
Siblings who qualify to play in the same age group will be placed together unless specifically requested otherwise.
Have more questions?
